• Independent Peer Medical Record Review: A qualified specialist will review the medical documentation and provide a written report answering questions of your choosing.
• Customized Referral Process: We custom design the referral process to suit your company's individual needs in order to make to referral process easy and efficient.
• Client Link System: Unique, state-of-the-art service that allows clients to check the status of referrals and to notify of us upcoming hearing dates.
• In-House Transcription Service: We provide physicians with access to our own digital dictation service. This affords us the ability to track the status of all reports.
• Quality Assurance: A primary emphasis of our company is our extensive level of commitment to quality assurance. Each report goes through three levels of quality assurance prior to being sent to the client.

Enhanced Services

• Medical Records Preparation: Every medical file is sorted and organized prior to being sent to the physicians. Our staff is trained to provide the physicians with a complete and organized medical file allowing the physician to review the documentation accurately and efficiently, minimizing the hourly review cost for IMEs and Medical Records Reviews.
• Physician Cover Letters: Prior to the examination, a US Evaluations staff member will personally compose a physician's cover letter that will include all of the relevant claim information, a summary of the medical history of the claim-highlighting important events and issues-and the question for the reviewing physician to address.
• On-Site Seminars: We provide on-site training with one of our physicians. Topics to be discussed are selected by the client. Please contact us to set up a session. Fees will vary by physician.
• Website Services: Enhanced Services provides a unique opportunity with our "Ask the Physician" privilege. This allows you to email one of our physicians with general medical questions because the more knowledge you have, the better you can manage your cases. This service is free of charge for our clients. Another specific website benefit is our Physician's Biography section. Password protected access to a complete list of our physician panel allows you to review physician's specializations and background so that, should you choose to select the physician, you can make an informed decision as to which physician you would like to review or examine your claimant.
• Newsletter: We will provide a quarterly letter with information regarding new doctors on out panel, updates from the Industrial Commission of Ohio, and articles from our physicians on pertinent issues regarding IMEs. Also, we will keep you updated on how we are continually adapting to the changing industry and working to enhance existing services to better serve your needs.
